Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a one time subscription, and a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 
Subscriptions
MV Creative Studio offers both one-time purchases and optional subscription (auto-renew) plans on select products. For one-time purchases, no recurring charges apply. For subscription orders, you will be charged automatically at the frequency you select at checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at melisavance36@gmail.com or managing your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page. If your pre-order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the item ships by contacting us at melisavance36@gmail.com. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
